- What counts as a 'workspace'?
- A workspace is a logical compliance scope — one product line, one regulatory perimeter, one audit. A bank with retail + corporate + capital-markets typically wants three workspaces.
- Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid value.
- What if my tenant fails an audit while using ReguNav?
- We are an aid to compliance, not a substitute for a licensed audit. We do not warrant audit outcomes. We do provide evidence packs and the WORM audit-trail your auditor needs to assess your controls.
- Do you offer non-profit / academic pricing?
- Yes — registered non-profits, academic research labs, and accredited regulators get the Business tier free. Email hello@regunav.com.
- How does BYOC work?
- We deliver a Terraform module that stands up ReguNav in your AWS, Azure, or GCP account. Your data never leaves your VPC. We support you via screenshare + a dedicated channel.
